Privacy notice

Last updated 3 September 2026

This notice explains what we do with the personal information you give us through this website. fx-pass.com, trading as fx-pass, is the data controller.

What we collect

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

Who we share it with

Your details are stored in a shared customer system operated by us across our group of websites, so that if you have contacted us elsewhere we can see that history. We also use service providers who process data on our behalf — website hosting, email, telephony and analytics. They act on our instructions and cannot use your data for their own purposes. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and tracking

We set an identifier in your browser so we can recognise a returning visit and attribute enquiries to the campaign or referral link that brought you here. We also use advertising and analytics tools that set their own cookies. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings; the form will still work.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or we need to keep them longer for a legal reason.

Your rights

You have the right to ask for a copy of your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw consent at any time — withdrawing consent does not affect anything done before you withdrew it. To exercise any of these, email support@fx-pass.com.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, or by calling 0303 123 1113.
